My home, Sakura Guesthouse is within walking distance from Bishkek's center. It's a little tricky to find so you will need to follow these directions: Find the crossing between Sovietskaya (Abdurakhmanov) and a boulevard called Jibek-Jolu (You can get there by #185, #224,  mini-bus from Osh bazar, or by  #114, from the western bus station). From the city centre you'll have to walk  towards the north. Once there, follow Sovietskaya (Abdurakhmanov) north from the crossing with Jibek-Jolu and after about 200 meters take the first right turn, onto a small dirt road. For your reference, on the corner there is a small greengrocer. Walk down the road about 150 meters, and take your first right into a narrow alley. At the end of the alley, on the opposite side of the street are the red gates of my home. 

My parents, Yoshi and Tolkun are seasoned backpackers. My Mum is Kyrgyz and Dad's Japanese. They have decided to settle here in Bishkek. They know the area very well and will be happy to help you find information about traveling in Central Asia. Ah, and they have a great collection of Japanese comic books you can borrow.

 The house has a swimming pool and a garden where we grow flowers and vegetables. There is a covered outdoor communal area where guests relax and swap travel stories.
